Frequently asked questions
How far in advance do I need to order donuts?
Bulk donut boxes ordered before 5pm are ready the next day; after 5pm they're ready the day after. Custom-designed donuts need 2 days' notice.
How much notice do ice cream cakes need?
All ice cream cakes — signature and custom — need 2 days' notice so we can build and freeze your cake properly.
Do you deliver?
No — all online orders are collection only from your chosen Dairy Den store. You pick the store, date and time when you check out.
Can you put my logo or a photo on donuts and cakes?
Yes. Upload your logo or artwork in the Design Your Own builder and we'll print it edible on your donuts or cake.
What are your opening hours?
Most Dairy Den stores are open 9am to 9pm, seven days a week. Check your nearest store on the Find a Store page.
