The Dairy Den has launched 3 new Instagram filters featuring some of its most popular products, including it's signature Rainbow Unicorn Swirl on a black oreo cone. 

The filters use computer-generated Augment Reality effects to layer iconic Dairy Den elements on the real-life display of user's mobile devices. This fun engagement invites customers to explore 3 unique Life is Sweet scenarios, including a custom-designed crown theme, raining donuts theme and sprinkle lips make-up theme.

"My AR Filter is Not Working on my mobile"

Our filters use AR features that may not be compatible with all mobile devices.

Here are some handy tips: 

  1. Please ensure your instagram is updated to the latest version.
  2. Try completely closing your instagram app and retrying.
  3. Turn phone on & off then retry.

Alternatively, If the AR filter is not working on your phone, you can enter the Life is Sweet competition by doing the following:

  1. Post a throwback pic of a memory at The Dairy Den OR share a Dairy Den moment to your instaStory 
  2. Use the hashtag #DairyDenAR 
  3. Tag @thedairyden

  2. The competition is open to residents of South Africa except employees of The Dairy Den and their close relatives.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  6. Closing date for entry will be Wednesday 1st at Midnight. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
